Visual Voicemail, which is owned by Citrix and originally
developed by Net6, has been around for years and may (or may
not) be what's powering apples and Cingular's solution for
the common problem of having to wait through all of your voicemail
you don't want just to hear the voicemail you do. Possible
law suit number 2?

Not sure if this has been dugg or not - Jott.com basically
lets you call an 800 number to save a voice message. The innovative
thing is that Jott.com takes your voicemail and transcribes
it to a text message or an e-mail and sends the message to

CallWave Announces Free Visual Voicemail for Mobile
Phones, Nationwide
CallWave, Inc. today announced a free, PC-based visual
voicemail service. The service sends a copy of mobile phone
voicemail messages to users' email, to CallWave's own interactive
desktop client, or to one of several voicemail widgets developed
for the Yahoo! Widget Engine, Mac dashboard, or Google homepage.
